I'm on a journey of discovery everyday. A journey to living an authentic Bella Vida, a beautiful life. Before I can have that beautiful life I must question and reflect on what exactly it means for me specifically.
An integral part of what makes a person unique is their own specific values. A value is a belief, a mission, or a philosophy that is meaningful. Our personal values not only define ourselves but also define our personal brand.
Identifying and focusing on our personal values helps us achieve success expressing these values through actions.
Today I challenge you to come up with a list of ten personal values. An even harder task is to put them in order.

I believe in
1)living in the present,
2)seek fun,
3)stay happy,
4)spend time with nature,
5)make a difference to myself or to someone else (I know or don't), 6)learn something new whenever from whoever,
7)appreciate life - living, dead and events
8)enjoy company of closed ones n loved ones
9)take care of my health - body, mind n soul
10)age gracefully
To me the above are my values. I remind myself everyday to do the above.... difficult but possible....
