This week I've changed the title of the series to:
Achieving your Bella Vida by Letty
Once you have a clear objective the next step is to create a strategy.
Strategy: 1. The science and art of military command as applied to the overall planning and conduct of large-scale combat operations. 2. A plan of action resulting from strategy or intended to accomplish a specific goal.
If you have been following my previous posts you know the importance of seeing the big picture, having clear objectives and used my tips to create your personal set of specific objectives.
Now that you know what you want, how do you go about obtaining it?
The first step to creating your personal Strategy is Self Analysis.
Stratagem: 1. A military maneuver designed to deceive or surprise an enemy.
2. A clever, often underhanded scheme for achieving an objective.
My parents raised me old school. I had to be creative with the resources at hand. Your first and main resource is yourself. To know yourself is to know your strengths and weaknesses.
Strengths vs. Weaknesses
The following are a few questions to help determine your strengths and weaknesses.
Strengths
• What are your advantages?
• What do you do well?
• What do you do better than anyone else?
• What is your knowledge or expertise?
• What motivates you?
• What have been your most notable achievements?
• To what do you attribute your success?
• How do you measure your success?
• What are you passionate about?
• What is your greatest asset?
Weaknesses
• What could be improved?
• What do you do badly?
• What should you avoid?
• What are your professional weaknesses?
• How do they affect your job performance?
• What causes you to panic?
• What makes you uncomfortable?
• What are you afraid of?
• What are your educational limitations?
• What are your physical limitations?
Answering honestly benefits you with accurate results. Analyzing your strengths and weaknesses will enable you to determine the best suited strategy. Your strengths will determine how much you can do or handle at once. Your weakness will help you accurately determine how much money and time you will need to invest in the resources you need to obtain success.
Have you ever analyzed your strengths and weaknesses?
Was it a personal goal like winning a triathlon?
or
Was it business related like finding a new career?

Absolutely great post! Implementing these steps will help achieve success.
Thank u!!
Yes, Adri, I know exactly what you mean.
Great exercise. I made a goal in the fall of last year to conquer some of my weaknesses, the biggest being the fear of failure. Without failure we have little opportunity to grow, learn, adapt, innovate. Tough lesson to come by, but a necessity. Thank you for posting this. ; )
