Key: 1. A notched and grooved, usually metal implement that is turned to open or close a lock. 2. A means of access, control, or possession. 3. A device, such as a wedge or pin, inserted to lock together mechanical or structural parts.
“Imagination is more important than knowledge. For knowledge is limited to all we now know and understand, while imagination embraces the entire world, and all there ever will be to know and understand.” Albert Einstein
For the past few years I have been obsessed with KEYS.
I have made a point to sprinkle them around my house and especially my desk. To me they are a reminder to stay open minded. For me, staying open minded is the key to receiving knowledge.
"Emancipate yourself from mental slavery. No one but ourselves can free our minds." Bob Marley
They remind me to keep an open heart, not just for giving but also for receiving LOVE.
"A person's world is only as big as their heart." Tanya A. Moore
When I see these lovely keys in all shapes, sizes and colors I am reminded NOT to lock up the creativity inside of me. I must open up and let out the creations growing inside of me. I must share them. I must give them away.
"Happiness lies in the joy of achievement and the thrill of creative effort." Franklin D. Roosevelt
