A Reminder About Love

To live is to know love.

Thinking of what love is reminds me of a poem I wrote when I was about nineteen. But if I were to analyze my poetry, my articles, my writing, my paintings ....

 I could say they are all about love.

 In my poem I describe how Love is an umbrella term since there are so many ways we live and express love ... family, friends, pets, children, lovers ...

I love art ... art is love
love is compassion ... love is joy

Love gives us courage and makes us stronger. To think about it makes me cherish just how special humans are, that we are so capable of giving away our love on so many different levels.

I believe all anyone wants in this world is to be loved and all of our problems stem from the fear of not being loved.

Lovers are the bravest people I know and I'm lucky enough to know a few.
