The Art of Playing

“Creativity is inventing, experimenting, growing, taking risks, breaking rules, making mistakes and having fun.”

Wynwood walls 2011
This caught my eye walking to the Wynwood Art Fair this weekend.  I love it. It's so me.  Talk about the law of attraction in action.  OK now I will attract half a billion dollars.  woohoo I'm so ready.

I along with countless others was attracted to this colorful pile of chalk.

The Wynwood Art Fair did a great job of encouraging people to participate, to create, to add their little signature and make some art.

Play supports emotional development by providing a way to express and cope with feelings.

Play brings joy and happiness.
Play is a great way to relieve stress.

Play is a great source of energy and excitement.

Play is a doorway to learning.

Play stimulates our imaginations, helping us adapt and solve problems.

Replenish yourself by partaking in play.

The fair had
music,
dance
and live painting.

I will leave you with an interesting interactive piece of art which looked like a magical camera.

I really enjoyed the beautiful photographs and inspiring quotes on this post. Playing is the brain's favorite way of learning. We should all play more and work less ;) Thanks for an excellent reminder this morning!
